I made two cards because I was inspired by this card:
made by Kim at Joyful Creations with Kim.
I just absolutely love everything about her card.
Here's my interpretation:
The shimmer paper was probably the wrong choice for picture taking purposes.
It sure looks pretty in person. : )
I used the cricut craft room to line up my images in the grouping that I wanted.
I used the Best Images of 2010 cartridge.
Then just cut them out on the the paper I wanted to use.
Then I picked my background paper and adhered it.
Added my sentiments and a teeny bit of embellishment and all done!
The sentiments are from a Fiskars Stamp set.
I think I'll be making more of these in the near future.
Thanks so much Kim for the inspiration.
I am so honored that you were inspired by my card and I am very impressed with the cards that you have made! I love the one dimensional butterfly! And the patterned paper cakes are so sweet. I've never taken a good picture with silver paper but I know it is stunning in person!

DeleteBeautiful cards---love the inspiration one too! Great job!
ReplyDeleteThank you Cammie. It means a lot that you stopped by my blog.
DeleteHi Chris, You've done a fabulous job interpreting your inspiration card. Both are lovely. I've seen both of your comments on BBTB2 but none of us can figure our where you're seeing WV. There is none and never has been on BBTB2, and the DT sisters who had it have or are planning to turn it off. What are we missing that you see? xxD
